Kindergarteners among youngest schoolhouse assault victims

Student-on-student sexual assaults rise significantly during middle-school years, an Associated Press analysis of federal crime data found. But even as early as kindergarten and first grade, children can be at risk: About 5 percent of all sexual attacks reported on school property in a recent two-year period happened to 5 and 6 year olds, according to the AP analysis. Right or wrong one fact do exist, humans are sexual beings. The questions are where can the lines be drawn without creating a demon? AK: Every kid ending on the SOR.

Really? 5 year olds committing sexual assault? Is this satire? Kids that young have no idea what sex even is. To them it’s gross and akin to toilet humor. What they’re doing may be very inappropriate, but adults are reading too far into it (many of whom, I’m sure, would support criminally charging those kids as adults). This is getting ridiculous.

And let’s not overlook the fact that the aforementioned assaults are not carried out by anyone on a registry.

I would LOVE to know how banning registered citizens from school property keeps kids safer from other kids…

maybe someone should take a look into some of the parents of these kids because like it’s stated here kids that age wouldn’t even know what sex is unless their being exposed to it at home..big red flag there….then the parents lashing out at the schools or systems….another big red flag the ones crying wolf the loudest are usually the ones committing sexual offenses….and how the helllll is this happening if school officials were doing their jobs and supervising the kids properly…oh ya teachers or school officials don’t have to do their jobs because in most cases they can’t get fired unless they actually physically abuse a kid….
